T&C:

1. The offer/contest will commence on 6^th September and will end on 30^th September 2024, Friday. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM IST on the closing date.
2. Employees of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting group are not eligible to participate or win the contest.
3. To be eligible, participants must purchase goods from the Yardley website Yardley (https://www.yardleyoflondon.com) with a final checkout purchase of ₹999 or more during the offer period. Each eligible purchase will automatically qualify the purchaser for entry into the contest.
4. 3 Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The selection will be conducted by Wipro and the decision will be final and binding. Winners will be notified via email or phone on or before 10^th October 2024.
5. The winners will receive 1 wireless earbud as a prize.
6. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Wipro reserves the right to disqualify a winner who fails to confirm their prize or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
8. By accepting the prize, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes by Wipro without additional compensation.
9. Wipro reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside Wipro’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Wipro.
10. Wipro accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the contest or as a result of accepting any prize.
11. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
12. This offer is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.
