Payment Policy

Your payment will be confirmed within 10 minutes of placing your order. We ensure a secure and seamless payment process for all our customers.

Dispatch Policy

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive a message once the order is dispatched, along with an email notification.

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order within 4-6 days. Shipment status updates will be sent via SMS, so you can track your order at every step.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a refund within 2-3 business days, with a 2.5% gateway charge deducted.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. A fee of ₹75 will be deducted for prepaid orders returned to the seller.

Return/Refund Policy

  • An unboxing video showing the original packaging is required for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.
  • If you return an item, our delivery partner will notify you via SMS once your request is processed. Refunds will be initiated as soon as the product reaches our warehouse (5-7 days).
  • In case of damaged products, refunds will be provided the same day we receive the product (with an unboxing video).
  • If incorrect products are sent, the correct product will be dispatched after we receive the return (5-7 days). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the return.

Note: You must notify us within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
