Our products feature active natural extracts and ingredients. We do not cover damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application under our policy. Additionally, we do not account for reactions due to specific sensitivities to any product or ingredient. We strongly recommend conducting patch tests as advised on every product.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Your payment will be confirmed within 10 minutes of placing your order. We ensure a secure and seamless payment process for all our customers.

DISPATCH POLICY:

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, you will receive a message once the order is dispatched & an intimation over mail.

DELIVERY POLICY:

We aim to deliver your order within 4-6 days. You will receive updates on your shipment status via SMS, so you can track your order every step of the way.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

An unboxing video is required, showing the original packaging, for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.

If you need to return an item, you will receive an SMS from our assigned delivery partner once your return request is processed. Refunds will be initiated as soon as the product reaches our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed after our team receives the returned product.

In case you have received damaged products - once the product is received by us (which takes 5-7 days), a refund will be provided if applicable on the same day (provided unboxing video was provided).

In case incorrect products have been sent; a new product will be dispatched once the return is received by us (5-7 days). A refund will be done within 24 hours of receiving the product.
